At Crescent Parfums, each fragrance is blended with care and intention to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. While all sales are considered final due to the nature of fine perfumery, we understand that rare situations may occur. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 30-day resolution window to make it right.
When Returns Are Accepted
We gladly accept returns or replacements only in the case of:

Items that arrive damaged

Orders that include incorrect items
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
If you’ve received an item that falls under one of the above conditions, please email us at info@crescentparfums.com with the following details:

Original Shipping Address
Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions if the request is approved. If eligible, a replacement will be arranged at no cost, including return shipping.
Damages or Issues Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival. If something isn’t right, let us know immediately so we can assist you without delay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@crescentparfums.com and we’ll be happy to follow up.
